stupid update

Work starts next week.. and I've spent a bunch of time in the classroom. It's nice to not be nervous anymore when school starts.. I feel very secure in my role as a teacher now.. it's comforting and it makes me feel pretty good.
Friday will be 8 months for the boy and I.... it's gone by pretty freakin' fast... I admit I am a lil nervous, because this was when the ex and I broke up....
His Bday is the end of the month and I'm curious as to see how he handles the whole me/family time thing.
